Five Six Three provided technical production for the awards ceremony, dinner, full design and creation of a cozy campfire themed party for Gap Year students to celebrate the end of their travels and graduation. We created an intimate campfire environment including live karaoke band, gallery displaying the student’s artwork, dessert, beverage station and photobooth to celebrate the experiences they had during their travels.
We took a very ornately decorated space at the historical Ashridge House and turned it into a warm and woodsy curated environment for the students to all come back together one last time and commemorate their shared experiences and memories.
The Event included:

HIGHLIGHT:
Taking a large empty room and creating an intimate and warm space as well as producing a lively and fun experience for the students to celebrate their achievements and experiences.
